The African Network for Localisation (ANLoc) - Localise Software sub-project is excited to announce a call for language teams to localise software into TEN African languages.
ANLoc Localise Software sub project is embarking on a new localisation initiative and is urgently seeking language teams.
ICT is necessarily adapted to human languages in order to enable its use by non-spec
A small group of people who will perform some of the technical support for the Localise Software project are gathering in Cairo, Egypt from 10 to 13 August 2009.
The goal of this meeting is to plan the technical details for the project and set up the infrastructure to support the language teams who will do the actual localisation.
Just to let you know that I will be attending the Mozilla Summit with
Friedel in Canada next week.
I will be wearing my Anloc hat and we (Adel and I) will be meeting with
Mozilla to look at ideas of how Mozilla can support the 10 language
Firefox localisation effort.
